REPORT:This year, despite the low sun-spots, we received 2189 logs (a record), some 596,000 qsos sufficient to enable us adjudicate 70% of all qsos. In addition, we have received photographs from 248 stations, and more than a 68% of the stations entered their location using google maps.We have integrated both the maps and photographs on the results page and we hope that they would provide a richer experience.We also give you the opportunity to enter/edit your location on google maps and you can email any contest related photographs (1 per station) to the contest manager: iotacontest@rsgbcc.orgMany thanks for taking part in IOTA 2010. Certificates will be sent to leading scorers in each category and a list of trophy winners will be published in due course.APPEALS:Should you have any queries/disagreements about our adjudication please let us know IMMEDIATELY. Nuova vertical antenna IT9ZMX 40-80-160 metri

Ed ecco a voi la nuova verticale alta 12.50, costruita dal noto IT9ZMX.
Bande 40-80-160 metri.
Mi hanno dato una mano a montarla alcuni amici IZ3NZE, Dennis, IZ3NYK Lorenzo, IZ3OBM Silverio e Federico IZ3GNZ (Lui è nella foto che tiene l'antenna, quello più vecchio nella seconda foto sono io...).

Ground Mounted !!!!

Antenna verticale Hi-gain 14 AVQ ground mounted.

Ecco come si può montare una verticale, a livello di terreno, qualche radiale di lunghezza varia random e vai...

Per la cronaca, R.O.S. su tutte le bande (10, 15, 20 e 40 metri) inferiore a 1:1,4 ... no problem!

Da Ottobre poi la 14 AVQ sarà sostituita dalla verticale IT9ZMX 12,5 metri per 40, 80 e 160 metri...

Test antenna in 40 Metres: Ultrabeam 50 - dipole diamond w735 - vertical 14 avq Hi Gain

Today little test in 40 metres with Ultrabeam UB-50, Dipole Diamond W735 e Vertical 14 AVQ Hi Gain:

Please, note:

1) The UB 50 in 40 m. is like a dipole full size;

2) the Diamond Dipole is V inverted Mounted;

3) and Vertical is ground mounted on my garten, without radial.
